昨晚在写完准备搬家这篇日志后，给surpasshosting Support Division发了ticket，由于选择的部门不对，没一会收到回复，大意是他一会会把ticket转往sales team，早上打开邮箱，看到回复，surpasshosting已经退款，看他们的回复时间是2:54 AM，我发ticket是9：23PM，效率很好。
这几天，看到好多关于surpasshosting的消息：ishawn得到的主机使用正常，Charles的只能翻墙使用，bingu选择退款。我选择退款是因为在付款成功后，从2.19号到2.27一直没有收到帐户信息，再加上surpasshosting关注度过高，选择退款为最好。以后买主机还是选择一个清净的地方为好，最起码不会被GFOC！
